Have you all heard Tiffany's song called Authenticity that she released back in 2010? With her visit to Hawaii where she among other things talked about being yourself, she thought she would reproduce this song. So, here's the 2014 version of Authenticity!
I wrote this because each and every one of us has our own style and something that makes us who WE are. We each have a story and we get to express that everyday with what we do, how we dress, who we are... everything about us and how we portray ourselves makes up this story. I wanted to share this song because it gets hard with people telling us to be this or that, with pressure saying we won't be good enough if we aren't a certain way. But the truth is we are perfectly imperfect and we should embrace what makes us US. If someone doesn't like it then they aren't real friends. I just want to encourage you all to be YOURSELVES. Week 3 of Tiffany's September Fit Challenge is over. Just a little over a week left. But of course we don't stop there, why stop when we got something good going? Are you a fan of Nashville? Not the city, the series. Tiffany is a fan, and this week she will go to Nashville (the city) to enjoy a season 3 premiere event of the series.
While there she will attend a concert at the Grand Ole Opry with performances from Brad Paisley and several members of the Nashville cast: Lennon and Maisy Stella (play Daphne and Maddie), Charles Esten (plays Deacon Claybourne) and Chris Carmack (plays Will Lexington). She'll have the chance to go backstage, and maybe even share some of it with her fans! She'll also keep you guys up to date on all things Nashville on Wednesday and during the premiere, so make sure you tune in and watch with her!

8. If u can't squeeze a full workout in, try to go for a little walk. Get up & move cuz you'll feel better <3
9. When ur bored... stop eating. I know its hard but bored calories are the worst!
10. If u feel depressed or down, MAKE time to workout. Fitness helps elevate mood & release stress/tention
11. Chew ur food more/eat slower. It gives ur stomach more time to digest & helps so u don't eat as much
12. Stretch after u exercise, if u can. ur muscles are warm so it helps prevent cramps&improve flexibility
13. What did YOU want when u decided to change?!? Remember THAT feeling when u wanna cave. NEVER GIVE UP
14. You are stronger than you think you are. When you feel like giving up, KEEP GOING!!
