What was your favorite part?
After completing the challenge Tiffany in turn challenged Kayla Itsines, Meg Deangelis and Christina Cimorelli. Keep an eye out on their respective channels to see if they take on the challenge as well.
The Ice Bucket Challenge serve to raise awareness about the ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) decease, and increase donations which will help fund research towards a cure. If you want to donate, or just find out more about ALS, you can do so at the ALS Association's website.
