September Fit Challenge - Week 1

If you follow Tiffany on Twitter you have probably already seen that she has challenged all of her followers on a fitness challenge. Tiffany will keep the challenge going for the whole month, and you're welcome to join in to get and give inspiration. It's never too late to start.


Tiffany's fit tips

Tiffany also posted a few tips that might help or motivate you. I will post them for you here weekly:

1. Drink a glass of water before each meal to help you feel full faster (half the time ur hungry, ur really just dehydrated)
2. Find a workout buddy to keep you inspired & motivated!! (I got you) u can hold each other to it
3. When tempted with unhealthy food: Turn head to the right, turn to the left, repeat, & slowly walk away
4. Fitness is 20% while nutrition is 80% of change. u can workout, but u r what u eat.
5. When u feel tired... when u wanna skip that workout. GET UP & DO IT. don't think about it, JUST DO IT.
6. Every day is a chance to be one step closer or further away from ur fitness goals. YOU decide.
7. Push yourself. Test ur limits & grow!! If u don't give it 100% the only person ur cheating is yourself.
