September Fit Challenge - Week 2

Another week has passed and we're almost half way through Tiffany's September Fit Challenge on Twitter! How did you do? If you haven't joined yet, it's never too late!

Tiffany's fit tips

Here's the past week fitness tips from Tiffany:

8. If u can't squeeze a full workout in, try to go for a little walk. Get up & move cuz you'll feel better <3
9. When ur bored... stop eating. I know its hard but bored calories are the worst!
10. If u feel depressed or down, MAKE time to workout. Fitness helps elevate mood & release stress/tention
11. Chew ur food more/eat slower. It gives ur stomach more time to digest & helps so u don't eat as much
12. Stretch after u exercise, if u can. ur muscles are warm so it helps prevent cramps&improve flexibility
13. What did YOU want when u decided to change?!? Remember THAT feeling when u wanna cave. NEVER GIVE UP
14. You are stronger than you think you are. When you feel like giving up, KEEP GOING!!
