Week 3 of Tiffany's September Fit Challenge is over. Just a little over a week left. But of course we don't stop there, why stop when we got something good going? It's never to late to join either, so if you read about it three weeks ago, yesterday, tomorrow or 3 months ago, it's never to late to join!

Here's the past week fitness tips from Tiffany:
15. DRINK LOTS OF WATER. Before/during/after meals & workouts & all dayyy!!! Your body craves WATER
16. Dont be afraid to step outside ur comfort zone. The only way u'll know is if u try. Test ur boundaries
17. You have to believe in yourself or no one else will.
18. Your pain today is your strength tomorrow. Push through & never say "i cant" because i know YOU CAN
